Though injuries ended his athletic career early, the lessons he learned about mindset, teamwork, and resilience continue to shape his philosophy on leadership and life. After his playing career, Mike worked in sales and business development for two internet startups before discovering his deeper passion: helping people and teams fulfill their potential. Since then, he’s combined those early lessons with decades of research and experience to offer tangible techniques for building cultures of trust, authenticity, and appreciation where people and performance can truly thrive.
